Greetings, Bruce J Carter is the Founder, CEO & President of People First Consulting-Voice of Democracy. I founded People First Consulting in 2022; I am a futurist and innovator. Over my military career, I’ve worked and deployed around the world. Through my military deployments and combat operations, I’ve been part of nation-building; I began understanding the value of a democratic society. I’ve learned by voting, citizens are participating in the democratic process. Citizens vote for leaders to represent them and their ideas, and the leaders support the citizens’ interests. I’ve learned and seen freedom isn’t free; it’s earned.
